Stories/Description
Winter Owlions ran their society with Kings and Queens of the Buh-Khal, Royalty was respected among them. They were very graceful and more docile than their Owl Bear cousins, however when threatened they will fight to the death. Since they have royal blood in their veins they seem to recognize others of nobility, because of that they usually have good relations with royals they interact with. Even though there are a scarce breed they attempt to shape their future and keep the race strong and powerful, that is why after a month of care with their mother, the young are released from their care. They will essentially have to fend for themselves from rival Buh-Khal or predators. Only the strong survive, most family of Owlions have one chick that survives. Attempts to tame have been made but most have been unsuccessful… and fatal. Though there have been claims that if taken when they are young they can be corrected to be tamed, though none have tried.
